As Head of Technical Project Management, I had the dual role of also representing Engineering in the product team, where all areas are represented (procurement, finance, production planning, quality, marketing, sales, customer service).

Basically, I know a variety of approaches to structuring the organisation and management, in order to create smooth processes, leverage synergies and avoid tensions. The implementation of project organisations in particular requires a sure instinct.

Volkswagen is a multi-brand group with countless locations, so I know many aspects that are important to create networking and synergies.

As I am an independent thinker, the fundamental changes at Volkswagen in 2015 made me feel the need to look for new opportunities. Since my early retirement scheme ended, I am working as freelancer for engineering services, advisor, BA & start up support - also open for new challenges.

Today I am deeply involved in a start-up that is working on a new ride-sharing App, based on an innovative AI-behaviour-change concept. I am also part of the team of a new house boat company that will be founded in the near future. We created several new scaleable concepts with our very strong and experienced team. Within this I am responsible for pitches & the product. I am member of the supervisory board of LTA Technologie AG. On top of that I released the book „Wissen: Start-Up & Pitch“.
